Fees & Commission Agreement

** Free Online listing for  your horse if consigned 5 days prior to sale day. **

Registered sale fees:

• Registered horses $25.00 plus 5%

• Grade horses 7%

• All no sale fees $25.00

• Online catalog for registered sale FREE.

 

 

 

Grade Sale Fees:

 

• All horses 7%

• No Sale Fee $15.00

 

$4.00 yardage fee on all horses at all sales

 

** All equipment (trucks, trailers, carts etc.) will be 10% commission **

 

Rules:

 

ALL HORSES MUST HAVE A NEGATIVE COGGINS CURRENT WITHIN 12 MONTHS

 

•  All horses must go through auction or be subject to a $25.00 charge plus $25.00 no sale fee.

•  Owner is responsible for their own horses.

•  Absolutely no alcohol allowed

•  No dogs allowed on sale night.

•  You are responsible for your children (please watch them close).

•  Horses may be left in the barn until Sunday 12:00 noon (following the sale) at no extra charge. All subsequent days will be a $12.00 per day charge.
